She seemed a little choked. She wasn't expecting him to go to the point so suddenly like that, but he had the right to ask, after all, she was so very alone but she never told anyone about it...and people start noticing this things.
That was called an awkward silence; she had to break it.

Admitting her own state of loneliness was kinda harsh. She didn't had in mind that she was actually alone in the world or maybe she had it in mind, but she was trying to ignore it.
He was just looking at her like he didn't have a clue on what she was saying.
- I was talking about the cards...whose card do you have...?

- I...I knew that. My cards, they're repeated, that was what I was trying to say.
